'Alex brings the heat once again with her simple glute workout! As always, the sessions are more challenging with resistance bands, but can also be done with body weight alone. Our free 15 and 20-minute workouts, led by UAE citizens and residents are in Arabic and English and suitable for every fitness level – you can join even if you have never exercised before.
